Maan Steel and Power Limited (MSPL) is a proud member of the Maanheruka Group of Industries, which is a distinguished industrial conglomerate with over 30 years of excellence across iron and steel, HDPE bags, and edible oil. As an ore-to-core steel manufacturer, MSPL sources premium-grade iron ore and transforms it into certified finished products delivered with superior consistency and reliability.
Our laboratories function as independent units with unbiased testing protocols, strict quality benchmarks, and direct top-management oversight. This unwavering focus on quality has enabled us to achieve full BIS and ISO certification across all products. Guided by our Quality Action Plan (QAP), we continually invest in advanced automation to achieve precision manufacturing, faster output, and efficient supply chain performance. MSPL also collaborates with Thermex, Germany for world-class quenching technology in TMT rebars.
Driven by the vision of our dynamic leadership, MSPL has achieved an annual turnover of INR 873 crores in the FY 2024-25 with a projected turnover of INR 818 crores in the FY 2025-26. With high-quality products, a skilled workforce, and responsive after-sales service, we continue to strengthen India’s steel sector while building long-term trust with customers across the nation.

A family business across four decades
1990
Maan Steel & Power Limited began its journey with a vision to support nation-building through quality steel products. The foundation years focused on developing core manufacturing expertise and building trust in the regional market.
1993
The company strengthened its operational base by expanding initial manufacturing capabilities. Early investments in process control and raw material handling helped MSPL establish consistency, reliability, and a strong foothold in the steel manufacturing segment.
2003
MSPL advanced towards integrated operations by developing facilities for raw materials, billets, and TMT bars. This phase marked a shift towards supply chain control and improved quality assurance across production stages.
2013
With steady growth, MSPL expanded its wholesale distribution network across multiple Indian regions. The brand evolved from a regional player to a nationally recognised name backed by scale, reach, and operational maturity.
2017
The company focused on production optimisation and sustainability initiatives. Investments in process improvement, employee welfare, and responsible manufacturing strengthened MSPL’s position as a quality-driven and future-ready steel producer.
2023
Celebrating over three decades of growth, MSPL emerged as a leading TMT bar manufacturer in eastern India. National presence, integrated facilities, and strong leadership reinforced its reputation as a trusted infrastructure partner.

During the recent Years, the world economy has struggled on a path to uniform and widespread economic stability. We are aware of the challenges ahead, but our conviction in the nation’s long-term potential continues to be strong. Maan Steel and Power Limited is a rapidly growing Integrated Steel plant well known in East India for its value added products such as sponge iron, M/S Billets, TMT Bars being powered by our very own captive power plant. We have witnessed significant growth since our inception.
Besides my contribution to the company, today I can proudly say that, Mr. Shyam Sunder Agarwal, Mr. Amit Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Sandeep Agarwal and Mr. Shagun Agarwal have given enough effort and dedication to make Maan Steel and Power Limited reach the pinnacle of its success. I strongly believe that Maan Steel and Power Limited will definitely emerge as one of the top companies in India, on a stronger footing, through a series of management initiatives targeted at strengthening our core operations.
