Advanced Production Facilities at Maan Shakti Integrated Steel Plants

We ensure the delivery of high-quality TMT bars at our fully automated and integrated steel plants. The integrated process, from iron ore melting to TMT rolling to quenching ensures quality delivery of products. Our plants come fully equipped with highly efficient furnaces for blast burning of the raw materials as well as the advanced units that take care of rolling,casting & shaping of the ore into different products for various engineering purposes.

Maan Shakti ISI and BIS certified manufacturing facilities are set up with DRI Unit, UTM, bending machines, continuous billet casting mills, high-speed TMT bar rolling mills and spectrometers. The automated plants come complete with total quality assurance and testing laboratories, where trained professionals test the purity and ensure quality of our products. Along with the advanced melting, casting and TMT rebar rolling processes, our sophisticated quenching technology comes in collaboration with Thermex, Germany.
