Grade- Fe 415

Fe 415 TMT bars are the lowest-grade steel bars mostly used for homes and residential construction. It has a minimum yield strength of 415 Mpa, with the chemical composition of Carbon- 0.30%, Sulphur- 0.06%, Phosphorus- 0.06%, and S+P- 0.110%. It features the highest elongation rate, up to 20%, which makes it a perfect choice for low-load construction, such as building structures in earthquake-prone areas. It has a special anti-resistant coating made up of acrylic polyurethane, fluorocarbon topcoats, or polysiloxane, making it resistant to corrosion.

Grade- Fe 500 

The Fe 500 is one of the most versatile TMT bar grades with the chemical composition of Carbon – 0.30%, Sulphur- 0.055%, Phosphorus- 0.055%, and S+P- 0.105%. These TMT bars possess a yield strength of 500 Mpa and a tensile straight of 545 Mpa. With a 12% elongation rate, these are mostly used during the construction of bridges, underground structures, and multistoreyed commercial buildings. Because of its high corrosion-resistant properties, the pure TMT bars are in wide use in coastal areas. 

Grade- Fe 550

Fe 550 TMT bars are processed under controlled conditions to achieve better ductility, making the bars incredibly flexible and adaptable. These TMT bars typically possess the chemical composition of Carbon- 0.30%, Sulphur- 0.055%, Phosphorus- 0.050%, and S+P- 0.100%. With 550 Mpa yield strength, 585 Mpa tensile strength, and a 10% elongation rate, it is the ideal TMT bar option for constructing building structures. Grade- Fe 600

Fe 600 TMT bars possess the chemical composition of Fe-600 TMT consisting of; Carbon- 0.30%, Sulphur- 0.04%, Phosphorus- 0.04%, and S+P- 0.075%. These are the best TMT bars mostly used for RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) development purposes. With 600 Mpa yield strength, 600 Mpa tensile strength, and 10% elongation rate, it is a perfect TMT bar for constructing hardcore industrial structures. The  Fe 600 TMT bars are used in constructing expressways, metro projects, plants, towers, commercial properties, and industrial zones.
